| Our customer have said it best:
“You are a transcription goddess!”
“I like your ideas a lot. Anything to get better quality as “Thanks for thinking of that!” “Thanks so much, Ginger! I appreciate all your help.” "It has been a pleasure working with you and as <my colleague> said, the transcripts were great. We really appreciate the hard work that went into them – we could tell that a lot of attention to detail had been put into the effort. Above all, we really appreciate the great customer service you’ve provided." |
Other Document Production Services
We provide many different types of document production services, from spreadsheets to document conversion and scanning to presentations with charts and graphs. We have significant knowledge of personal computer hardware and software and offer a wide variety of solutions to meet our customers’ needs. Please feel free to inquire about your specific project. We would appreciate the opportunity to assist you.
Spelling and Grammar
Most people don’t converse using proper English and grammar. In order to provide easy to read transcripts, we typically generate “cleaned up verbatim” documentation. Of course, if strict verbatim is required, all sounds will be included in the final transcript.
Additionally, we don’t rely on built-in spellcheckers or grammar guides; rather, our knowledge and experience, combined with published reference materials such as The Chicago Manual of Style, and client preferences dictate the style of a final document.
